I did a restored purchase on my new iPad Pro..said it even downloaded the new one....now none of the episodes will play...can anyone at Telltale help? Ive also been charged 9.99 again when I already paid it before...whats the deal....not a word from Telltale......I WANT A REFUND!

The game developers would do well to observe and copy other point and click games. Impossible to interact with items in the game. They use a double finger to reveal interactive objects but you cant get to them once revealed. The dot that shows you where to go disappears and no amount of tapping on the screen helps you interact with them. Useless. Wont play and wont buy in app purchases until fixed. Nice graphics, interesting story line but horrible interface. Come on guys, this is basic point and click, you really shouldnt mess that up!!!

I just bought the new episodes, but they will not download at all. Keeps stalling at under 5percent. Can anybody help??

Do NOT purchase the extra episodes offered in the game. When you try to download them, youll get an Internet connection error regardless of your actual internet connection. Looking into this, it seems its been a problem FOR YEARS and yet TTG has done nothing about it. Offering up half baked work-arounds instead of dedicating actual attention to it. Go to their website and youll find support comment threads from 2012 with the same exact problem.

It was nothing like the movie!!! This game is so random!!! Can you guys make a Titanic game based off the movie and not make it so random?

Ive never written a review before. Finished the first chapter. Paid for the remaining. None of them will download fully. So, waste of money. And more disappointingly, the end to my adventure. This one star would likely hit 4 or 5 were this rectified.

I am a major Back to the Future fanatic, but this gave me a weeks worth of the polished, continued storyline of one of the most iconic movie trilogies of all time. Sure, there were a couple bugs, but thats a small price to pay for one of the best game adventures of my life. While being left on a cliff hanger, they need to finish the story that players want more of.

Played this on my iPhone a while back , great game and story but when I downloaded it for my iPad Pro and try to play a level it just crashes. I cant do anything!

I was tempted, being a fan of the series. I made the mistake of buying the extra episodes and wound up wasting money. Just pray that another company will do one better.

I just payed for episodes 2-5 and it wont download on my iPhone 6. I even tried just downloading season 2 buy itself and it always says Ive lost connection after a to the server after a certain point. Season 1 downloaded just fine. I have 4.2 GB left so theres no excuse. I see others are complaining about this as well so instead of ripping people off just fix the problem. Emailed the creators and they said theres nothing they can do. Horrible ethics.

This is one of the best games Ive played in a long time. Its challenging not because you need quick thumbs, but because you have to think. I love these kind of games. And Back to the Future is Amazing! I started playing it on the iPhone, but on the iPad is even better! Get it!

This game is pretty cool... But the story is weak and you, Marty McFly have to go to 1931 and nowhere else in the space-time continum

I paid ten buck for the additional episodes, and have been trying for three days to get them to download. Any devs reading this? REFUND PLEASE

I installed the latest update of iOS 9 on my iPad Pro, and now there is no sound from any of the TellTale games. I have tried deleting/re-installing with no luck, and I tried switching the sound by using the headset port and even a Bluetooth headset. The game is a lot less enjoyable without the sound track...

Ive purchases this games and the expected to own it. Well, i am totally wrong about this. And paid games can not be download. It stuck at 3% downloading forever and failed. Such a disappointment.

I bought all 5 episodes years ago, and i figured, what the heck, I enjoyed it at the time, Ill spend $10 to get them all again. After purchasing the expansions, none of them would download. Ive found no contact e-mail listed on their website for support. DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA EPISODES UNTIL THIS IS FIXED.

Explain to me why I paid $9.99 for episodes 2-5 that wont even download and now to have my game crash every time I try to play episode 1...

You have to use your cellular data to download NOT wifi. Turn your wifi off on your phone. Youre welcome. Credit to the other dude below.

I love the first episode, I paid for the rest and they wont download. It gets to 6% for ep 2 then closes out. I have contacted support and have not heard back

Its a great game but I have an iPhone 6s Plus and the game doesnt take up the whole screen please make it compatible to IPhone 6s Plus!
